Managing a Restaurant and being a foodie all my life while being passionate about what I eat has made me turn away from lots of Restaurants due to the fact that they never hit the spot for me.
Wether it was frozen food, Processed kebab meat or just boring. I always seemed to find a reason not to return to that restaurant.
Seasoning is deal breaker for me. If its not seasoned properly, its not worth the chew. Having to order takeaway to just add a bit more Salt or Sauce at home made me realise that its time to open my own little starter takeaway shop.

 

Menu Construction

Our Menu is small, simple and to the point. The name 'Cedar Wrap' is simple (Lebanese Wrap on Lebanese Bread). Creating the combinations and recipes during 2021 Lockdown forced me to try numerous flavours and fail gloriously until I finally put the final product together.
Classic options available that you're all familiar with or going for a combination that you haven't tried before. Either way you won't be disappointed.

My mission is simple. Bringing back Authentic Lebanese flavours tweaked in a modern way. Dinning with us will remind you of dinning at home.
Cedar Wrap focuses on simple and strong flavours that remind you of Mum's cooking. Although we might not be as good as Mums, but we can guarantee that we're pretty close.
